Someone we know has cancer!  We don't know what to say or do?  Why?  Because we know that there by the grace of God go I.  The person may die.  If not the person is in unexplainable and unimaginive distrest.
What do I say?

Platitudes don't work - believe me.  Try saying, "I'm sorry to earn you have cancer.  For what ever you may need, that I can provide, I am here.  I will check in every few days to see if your need transportation, meals, or a hug.  In the meantime I will donate in your name to the Cancer Society."  It is only through research that we can defeat this disease.

Early detection of breat cancer has saved many live - I know, I've been there.  Awarerness and detection of melanoma, can save your life, I know - I've been there. Cervicical cancer is so common only we don't get checked early enough.  By the time your menstrating, you should be checked regularly.  I know, I've been there.

Please come and walk with us - Redeemer Healing & Spirituality Center.  Or light a luminary for someone you love.  Please help so that you, your loved one and your children may LIVE.

Thank you!!  Rev. Ann whitfield on behalf of Redeemer Healing & Spirituality Center.
