I applaud The American Cancer Society because their efforts are very important.
According to statics we all probably know or have known someone effected by Cancer. My Dad died in 1998 from Lung Cancer. I have a close friend that told me last year she was diagnosed with bone cancer......I could continue. This fight is very very important.

I only regret that I did not register sooner this year to form a team. My company M.E.C. Financial Services is working on a campaign- "Saving Our Children" and my event is scheduled for May 17th, 2008. THE PREMISE BEHIND THIS IS TO RAISE OUR CHILDREN IN NON-VIOLENT, CRIME-FREE NEIGHBORHOODS.

GETTING BACK TO THE RELAY FOR LIFE, I STRONGLY SUPPORT YOUR CAMPAIGN AND ALL THE EFFORTS THE ACS IS STRIVING TO COMBAT THIS HORRIFIC DISEASE. I WISH TO BE A VOLUNTEER THIS YEAR BECAUSE IT IS TOO LATE TO FORM A TEAM.
