Getting Participant Deleted
Our Relay has also run into this. We moved the participant in after it had been marked private and inactive (through Event Manager) to a team called PLEASE DELETE. Then send your email to the address Rick gave and put in the subect URGENT RELAY NAME: DELETE PARTICIPANT (putting your Relay event name in the RELAY NAME.) Just tell Michelle that you accidentally entered one twice and it is in the PLEASE DELETE team. It makes it extremely easy for her. Thanks! Linda, the best way is to have the duplicate records merged; your local Relay Online Chair can only inactivate the records, but the record count will continue to include them. So, send an email to HighPlainsRelayOnline@cancer.org and your Division Relay Online support team will take care of it. Include in your email your Event name and URL, the team name and the duplicate team member names. /Rick |
