At our Relay, we have never had one of those arches with balloons that Survivors walk through..Anyone know what I am talking about?  I was just wondering if anyone had ideas about where to get one or how to make one...

Balloon Arch

Link-o-loons make quick work of an arch...they have a nose as well as a tail so you can tie the nose of one to the tail of another.
