Our relay's theme this year is DANCING FOR A CURE Everyone is to decorate their tent to some type of dance.. We are doing TWISTING OUT CANCER.. So we have the song down but now we need some ideas for out tent. I have never been the captain on a team, always the team member and almost everyone on my team has never even been on a team. So any idea's from anyone would be so greatly appreciated
You could have a hoola hoop contest almost like they do at carshows in the summer and a twister tournament. You could have people sign up and make a donation of $1 or so to get into the tournament. You could each where white shirts with the different colored big 'dots' on the shorts with little spinners in the middle. I would go to good will and get old twister mats and hang them as a back drop from your tent site. Hope these ideas help. :)

tent idea
I thought perhaps having a twister game mat to dance on...have the colored dots on the mat represent a different cancer: red-lukemia etc...tape different colored paper on the extra dots and have 16 different cancers represented.
