Can anybody tell me how to setup the team website, or point me to the directions on how to do it?  I found these directions, http://www.societylink.org/portal/server.pt/gateway/PTARGS_0_4192456_1051696_0_0_18/2008.TC.Create%20Team%20URL.pdf

but they do not seem to be correct.  Any help would be appreciated.  I am finding this website very hard to navigate this year.

You're on the right track

That is the correct document...but you must first get to your local event's website.  RelayForLife.org is a different website than the one you will register your team on.  You can find your local event by searching from RelayForLife.org...and once you get to your event's site, the document you referenced should help you.
