So this is my first year participating in Relay For Life and I am a team captian at the event being held at my high school. While editing my team page by accident, I promoted one of my team members to team captain! I don't know how to move that person back to just a member? So if anyone knows the answer, could you please respond back to me!?

Inadvertent team co-captain

Don't feel like the Lone TC on this issue, Alisha. It's a very common mistake.

Unfortunately, you can't demote the inadvertent co-captain. It has to be done by your Event's Relay Online Chair. So contact him or her to correct the situation. If he / she says they don't know how, offer these steps...

Via Event Management Center, go to Customer Service / Manage Teams / <your team>. Promote the inadvertent co-captain to TC, which makes you temporarily a team member. Immediately, re-promote you to TC, which "demotes" the other person back to team member.
