Check out the Celebrate. Remember. Fight Back. Guidebook that's accessible via a link on the Committee Chair Toolkit (image link on the right nav). It's a big honker PDF, so it'll take a bit to open. But, lots of great ideas on comments for each part of the Relay ceremonies.
