I came across this website when I was looking for fundraising ideas. www.buttonsofhope.com
If you take a look at the site, it's really nice! You can create a photo button of the person/people you "Relay" for. The man in charge is really great and easy to work with! I got my buttons in the mail today and they are absolutely perfect, exactly what I was looking for! You could actually do it as a fundraiser for any cause. Our "Relay" team decided to give it a try so we'll see how it goes! You can set the price for the button and the amount donated back. It doesn't cost anything to set up, just a few minutes of your time!

What has seven million feet, one great big heart and won't sleep at night! You guessed it the American cancer Society''s fundraising inspiration juggernaut RELAY FOR LIFE ~ and with over 4,700 events in 2008 they are surely coming to
Heather, what can I say but thank you for your kind comments. I started Buttons of Hope to help people like you honor and support your loved ones with more than a name scribbled on your back. I am glad you love the photo buttons of your son here -- I feel like I get to know each person i make a button of -- your buttons are perfect because of your beautiful courageous son!
I too am a captain of a cycling team and we fundraise $110,000 last year -- so I know how challenging (and important) it can be to build a team and to energize, motivate and inspire them -- your team, Purple Rocks is very blessed to have you!!
Thanks again for your kind mention here I am humbled by your words and look forward to helping you and other RFL teams "put a face on their cause" -- here is a link to a makehope team gallery I just did for a UmDF All Aboard Walk -- I hope to see hundreds of RFL team galleries like this one and yours & thousands of little buttons helping Relayers making a BIG difference one button at a time! It's true there are no minimums you can make a single custom button and $1 from each button is donated back to the American cancer Society RFL!
