What form should I submit cash donations in?

I already posted the donation on to my participant page as a cash donation, and now I want to send it in to ACS - so how should I do it?

I was thinking if I sent in a personal check then it would cause some confusion with my name and the donating persons name that I posted.

Any suggestions?

I wish the banks started

I wish the banks started giving out more donations i went to get a payday loan and used it to buy supplies for a local organization.

Fear not!

There shouldn't be any problem in getting the money to ACS...your event should be hosting at least one "Bank Night" when the teams are invited to turn in their donations to date.  If you've already posted it to your account, just contact your Team Chairperson or someone from the planning committee to find out about how they want you to turn it in to them.  If not, mailing it directly to ACS is always an option!

Hi Donna  Our Relay has one

Hi Donna

Our Relay has one big bank night about a week before Relay.  They always ask that we turn in any cash in the form of a check to make it easier on them (less to have to keep track of).  We can also turn in any money earned at any captains meeting, so definately check things out.

Good luck and happy fundraising!
