For folks who need to run Convio reports who do not have Microsoft Office here are a couple of free Microsoft Office replacement software.  I haven't used them extensively but I have heard many positive things about both of them and they are both based off of the Open Office platform.  They are both cross platform (Mac, XP, Vista or Linux)
