We are having our first relay and I am in charge of logistics-I found some information on the website but if anyone has any ideas of check list, what is all needed I would appreciate it GREATLY!

Logistics checklist

I put together a timeline, checklist, contact list.... into one Excel file over the several past years as Logistics Chair. You're welcome to a copy as-is (or was for last year; I'm now Production Co-Chair). Email rickbodson@charter.net and I'll send it to you.
