Here we are another year.  Last year when we walked the track in  Hallowell, Maine I didn't do well.

I had so much pain in my knee. But you know what...i looked around at the cancer survivors and those that were still fighting the battle and just kept walking...especially for those who couldn't.

I had my knee surgery and have been working out A LOT.  This year my goal is to walk around the track more then 100 x's before the night is over.
