It looks like the staff partner is listed as the contact here toward the bottom http://www.relayforlife.org/relay/coe?EID=64007, so you can probably check with her.  The committee typically needs to have a certain # of people filling certain positions before the Relay can go online.  I'm sure she can give you the scoop.
