New Committee Member - Relay Online Promotional Chair!

I'm new to being on a committee for the Relay For Life and I'm the Relay Online Promotional Chair and I need to come up with a skit or something for the Kick-off and it's next Thursday (3/6) and I've never done something like this! What are some ways you guys have introduced everyone at the kick-off to the Relay Online or told them about it & things like that? I'm a little nervous & afraid I'll mess up! I was also wondering for those who have been the Relay Online Tech Chair, what they've done to their event sites such as what info to put up there besides the needed info.
in my experience, the people just want to figure out how to do their stuff. if anyone has a laptop (or 2 or 3) take them to the kickoff with you. show them firsthand how easy it is to sign up where to input the donations (if that is active for your area) and how to put in their email addresses. if they cant figure it out, they tend to just give up. the goal is to get as close to paperfree as possible. the same old clips that they see just dont do it like a live show. if laptops arent available, maybe you could set up a meeting at the local library to get people started.
What we did for our kick off was to include the area relays. Your ACS Income Manager should be able to help you with door prizes etc.
We did 3 skits and we also had a Cancer survivor give a talk on how cancer had affected his grandfather, father, cousin...and now him. Very moving speech.
The first skit was about the first relay. The second was about our Relay in the early 90's, and the last was a present day skit where were didn't have to relay anymore because they had found a cure for Cancer.
