Hey everybody,
My team has a fundraiser this evening and I want to take a bunch of luminaria forms with us. A few months ago I found a sample form on the web site that I could print and now I can't find it. Anybody know where it is or have a link to one? Thanks :)

Luminaria Forms - BrandWizard
The national ACS BrandWizard site is http://www.brandwizard.net/acs .
Great Lakes Divsion's BrandWizard site is www.brandwizard.net/acs/greatlakes , I would guess all Divisions follow the same naming format for their sites. Your staff partner should know if there is a site for your Division.
You do need to request a password and wait to receive a response, but once you get on you'll have access to lots of ACS branding info and templates. The National site has more logo & color info, photos, and branding rules. The Division site has more blank templates for flyers, invitations, newsletters, etc.

There is a very nice new half page luminaria form with the new CRFB graphics on the ACS BrandWizard site. If you can't find it, let me know and I can email you our version of it.

This is an old four-per-page version that you can use in a crunch. It has an obsolete RFL logo, though, so don't make it your permanent 2008 form.
