Lisa...we have pretty much quit giving out a lot at our team mtgs ......due to costs.
We have a little theme going...."Get your ducks in a row..."...so sometimes we give out little plastic ducks to someone who has done something unique, asked a good question, etc.
This year our goal was $100,000.00 so we at times gave out the candy bar named that....think we definitely did that at Kick Off .
Kick Off...yes, you would want a little more. Your ACS staff should be able to get you some trinkets....
Or you can go online and purchase them yourself.....if you are not concerned about funds.
We drastically cut down all the give aways....because it comes out of your Relay total.
But if you give something at Kick Off.....why not something individuals/teams can actually use at their tents....
(the buckets for example..then fill them with candy or something, stick in a Relay flag or something....they could be your centerpieces, too)
Maybe you could find a little something that is fitting for your Theme .

Hello,
What type of items are you referring to?
your local office and your Relay Rep should be able to provide you with all the tools you will need. You personally do not need to go out and buy them things.
Our local Rep provides the Coffee Mugs, Pens, etc to the committee members and team captains meetings....Kick off etc ...
Is that what you were referring to?
Hi,
Thanks for replying. That is what I was refering to. What kind of items should I ask for for the kick off meeting and for my committee? Also what kind of items do you give away at the team capain meetings? Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
Your Rep from the local office should be able to steer you in the right direction,
I don't know what they have at their disposal but our Rep takes care of it with note pads, pens, coffee mugs, on Valentines Day she delivered small chocolate hearts with candy in them, shirts, caps etc.....
I would call your rep and see what they have to work with.![]()
