Is there a way to track the state where the online donation comes from? We are wanting to have a contest to see who can get an online donation from every state, but don't know how to tell the state where the donation came from. Can anyone help?
The information is available from the Convio database, but your Division Admin (someone on the Great Lakes Division team responsible for Relay Online) will have to create a donor report with the donor's state of residence as a field. Your Relay Online Chair doesn't have access to the report writer via the Event Management Center, unfortunately.
Ask your ACS Staff partner to escalate the request up to Division.
