Hey, so I've been a captain for the past 2 years, but I've never been on the committee. And this year, I'm ceremoies chair! So I need major amounts of help. Advice, ideas, anything you can give me! I have a lot of ideas, but I have no idea how to put it into action. HELP PLEASE!!!

Steph, start with the Committee Chair Toolkit - click on the icon near the top of the right nav. In the first few paragraphs, there's a link to the CRFB Guidebook. It's a big honker PDF, so it'll take a bit of time to open, but in it, you'll find lots of info on everything from scripts to songs to re-organizing luminarias that spell HOPE into CURE. Neat stuff.
