This could be a forum of interest to Relay Chairs and Relay Online Chairs (ROC) who are implementing the Kintera-based Relay Online initiative. Relay Online can be used for online fundraising by Relayers, as a front-end to the ACS Siebel system or for total event management (aka, Option 3 in South Atlantic Division).
A support group of Relay Online Chairs has been set-up in the Virginia / West Virginia state grouping of SA Division. Visit www.acsevents.org/ROCN for the Relay Online Chair Network. You'll find a schedule of training teleconferences, a set of "ROCNtrain Implementation Guides" (technical help manual in easily downloadable PDFs) and a Bulletin Board of best practices, tips and techniques.
If the ROCN site doesn't provide the answer, postings to this discussion group may be a substitute. Let's try it and see. Can a "Relay Online" forum be added Relay eCommunity?

I found acsevents.org/rocn full of great resources. Everything from email campaigns to bookkeeping is covered. Thanks for putting all of this together.
I also recommend the teleconferences listed on the webpage. These are great for Relay Online Chairs to interact with each other and ask questions to the moderator and the entire group.
