Hi folks. I'm with the Greensboro, NC Relay, and we have an option with our event to donate $10 for one luminary, or $25 for three. The online donation form appears to have only the $10 for one option available. One of my event's team captains asked if the $25 for three option can be made available online, and I don't see a way through the event manager pages. Does anyone have any information on this, or know if I need to contact Convio?

Luminaria
Hello Eddie,
I found out that you can have three lumanaria for $25 but it will only work if someone is buying 3 lumanaria for the same person. It will not allow you to buy 3 lumanaria 2 in honor of 1 person and 1 in memory of another they will all have to be in honor of or in memory of the same person.
Luminaria options
Eddie, your Event can indeed offer choices for luminaria, such as three for $25. Your Staff partner should have submitted that to the Division team last month, but I think they can still accommodate you. Have your Staff partner email sa.onlinefundraising@cancer.org with your Event name and Lawson code and the particulars of what you want to offer.
They'll get a new "Store ID" and "Product ID" that you'll input into EMC / Event Manager / Event Options. Based on those parameters, your donors will be offered the appropriate choices.

Hi Eddie,
From the looks of it, it doesnt have the capability to do that.
It may be something that could be worked in next year if there is a big call for it.
My suggestion for now is to put a blurb on your Lumanaria Page that if you want 3 luminarias to mark the $25.00 circle then email whoever is in charge of the Lumanrias and make sure they get the needed info such as names etc. They can enter the one online, but the other 2 will have to be offline.
And if I'm not correct, Rick will be by to make sure you get the latest up to date info
