Thank you gators for supporting the American Cancer Society through Relay for Life in Summerville. This community service is important to me because everyone is affected by cancer. When my father, Michael James Melton, passed away one year after being diagnosed with colon cancer I felt helpless because I was not able to help him. I now realize that his memory and my love for him can continue by supporting others who are  still fighting to overcome cancer.
