Hi

Thanks for the 'coaching email' training yesterday. I sent out my first live email and when I pulled up the "delivery list" it shows 255 emails went out but doesn't have those 'counters' listed..

Was I too have added that in as an option?

Email stats

I think you're refering to "click-throughs". Use EMC / Reports / ...  / Email - Coaching Messages Performance. Remember, it's time-dependent, so allow a day or so for all of your intended recipients to review their email queue.

 I also sent out 43 yesterday and that is all it shows. Just the # sent.

I also have not received the email even though I should have. Maybe that is why no response?

Email receipt

I just sent a test email to a limited audience. Number of emails sent in the review tab of EMC / Email is ok. The EMC / Report / ... / Email-Coaching Emails Performance displays the correct number of sent and received, but doesn't yet have data in the other columns (opens, bounces, etc...) eventhough I've received via reply emails confirmations of receipt, so I suspect there's a time lag between email data collection and posting for reports. Will continue to monitor.

One minor issue...the time-stamp for the email in the report is six hours ahead of actual. I've ticketed it.

I go to Review the details for this delivery , and it shows 43 acceptable and sent.

I am included in that list and never received one. It shows 0% open.

Wonder if anyone else has experienced this?

Could something have gone haywire since the  Convio Maintenance a week or so ago?

coaching emails.

I did get mine and actually offered a special something for those who '"got to the bottom" of my email and did what I asked them to do.. Already have rec'd 5 plus who saw-read-responded...not notification from Convio but response from the email that they rec'd.
