Sponsor money has been entered at my event with out using the sponsor's name in the donor first name field and “Sponsor" for donor last name.  Can we “refund” this donation and then reenter it correctly to correct the record?

Sponsor money

Rather than "refund", if it was entered as an offline donation, via EMC / CustSvc / Event Gifts (or wherever it's credited), edit the amount to zero and re-enter the transaction with the donor name properly formatted. By the way, the suggested naming convention is just that, a suggestion; it's not mandatory.

If the donation was made online, we can edit the donor record via Division Admin; email me - don't post here - the particulars.
