Some confusion when registering a new team....I registered individually and was assigned to an existing team. I wanted to register as a captain and then register my team members. Now I cannot change anything, nor creat a team. Is there a way to "unregister" and start over? I am very new to relay. Thanks
Lynette, you'll have to have your Relay Online Chair or ACS Staff partner escalate this the Florida Division Relay Online support (eRevenue) team. Only a "Division Admin" can access your registration record and move you to Captain another team. It's pretty straightforward, but currently, it can't be done at the Event level.

I'm an online chair for a Relay. There isn't a way to unregister as far as I know. I can tell you that we did learn how to change someone's team and how to promote someone to team captain also. If you click on "Contact Us" at the lower left corner of your Relay's site, it should take you to an email address of the online chair for your site. He or she should be able to fix you up. If not, let me know.
And if you haven't got a Contact Us button available, on the top navigation bar, there should be Help. There, you will likely find the Online Chair's name and contact information.
