Well, I am new to all of this and am so excited to be participating in this event.  I have an uncle who died from mesothelioma two years ago and another uncle currently battling cancer... not to mention stories from nearly anyone I know of loved ones being lost to cancer.  A just and derservable cause I am fund raising for and will walk for.  I have challenged myself to make this a growing experience along the way and look forward to all the amazing people and stories that I will encounter through it.  I hope to make this a new tradition for myself and to teach my children of the goodness that can come from it all.  Any suggestions for a newbie to the relay are welcome.
