I'm aware that navigating RelayForLife.org can be a bit intimidating because of how much content is on the site. Rest assured that I am constantly looking for ways to improve the navigation (some big changes are coming very soon). In the meantime, you can offer your input by submitting Site Feedback.

It can be difficult trying to decide whether your situation is a "Site Feedback" one or a "Contact Us" situation. Therefore, I've prepared this easy rule of thumb that everyone can follow:

  • If you have an opinion about the site, where things are, or how easy/hard it was to find what you were looking for. If you'd like to make a suggestion, you should click on Site Feedback.
  • If you have a question about a specific issue like your local Relay For Life, your event website, where to find something on RelayForLife.org, your password, etc, you should click on Contact Us.

Both links are located in the "Help" section of the top-navigation bar. Just hover over help and choose wisely!

Setting Up An Online Account

My team members last year had difficulty in setting up online accounts.  Can you post some simple directions on how to set up an online account?

The page has links to video trainings, one of which is a "how to start a team online."

For future reference, the page can be accessed from the top-navigation menu under the Relay Resources section.
