Hello,

Is there a way to create interactive forms on the website so participants can fill in pre designated questions and when the participant clicks on submit it will email this information to the designated person?

interactive forms, kind of

I am using a web tool from http://wufoo.com/  .  It won't deposit it in a data base but it will force users to give you the information you need.  I'm having teams submit fundraisers, events, survivor stories, and why I Relay stories through it.  You get 3 forms for free and it's pretty easy to use.

You have the ability to have the response forms sent to an email address or you can export the results to either an excel file or CSV file.

Interactive forms

The feature is currently available only to Division Admins. It's been requested to be enabled for Event Managers for 2009.

Jon's suggested solution above looks to be a winner. Thanks, Jon.

interactive reports would be great!!

Thanks for asking that as we too need something like that for our VOLUNTEER and Survivor registrations! Hope it's something doable~~
