I have a question regarding my team registrations.  I have several teams that paid their registrations to the relay staff person.  THey are now trying to get online to register their team but it won't let themcomplete the registration unless they put in a credit card.  This is a new problem.  In the past, we chose the registration type of Team registration already paid.  Any ideas wha might have changed?

Registration issue

This reply is obviously moot this late in the season, but can be of value in FY09.

Your Event's registration options should include a $0 / have paid/will pay my TC choice. Make sure when that registration option is defined that, eventhough the person ultimately pays the $10 fee, that it's defined to the system as a $0 option. If it has a non-zero fee associated with it, the only way the system can "collect" the $10 is by credit card.
