I am looking to collect simple recognition ideas that could be used to recognize committee members, team captains or participants at Relay meetings. Some things I have already thought of are plaques, certificates and framed photos with messages from friends on the back...Does anyone have any other creative suggestions?
For the relay I am at, all the committee members create awards and make funny trophies. At the end of the relay we then present them to the participant/team captain/volunteer. Some of these awards include wackiest tent site, most energertic at midnight, the greatest sleep deprived volunteer. They are goofy but are very memorable.
For the committee members a week after we have a party together and recongize each others work. Its a wrap up for the committee and a way to say we made it out alive.
