We had our first group meeting today. We sadly are about a month and a half behind. For some reason our team leader didn't get the e-mail that the Relay for Life meetings were begining. But by a chance of luck they saw that the meetings we indeed being held and got to the last meeting.

So today,things went pretty well, we just wanted to get together and talk about our fundraisers and about how much money we had left over etc etc. Even though nobody really wanted to do much planing and more talking we managed to get some things done.

Hot Chocolate [Night/Early Morning]

Coffee [Day and Night/Early Morning]

Pastery/Baked Goods [Early Morning]

We also semi figured out who was buying what for the various fundraiser. The meeting was mostly catching up with each other, and remembering what we were going to do this year.

I'm in charge of flyers, and of designing random things that we are going to need to get the money flowing. I'm excited!
