You get a step by step guide to bring RFL to your school, resource cd, a team recruitment dvd, a nutrition, physical fitness, sun safety & tabacco free folder. In these folders you receive an introduction to the topic, activity sheets and answer key, a poster, and a list of additional resources. Included in the resource cd, you recieve printable copies of all activity sheets as well all form letters, a copy of the "moon" card (to sell for $1), copies of different recognition certificates, among other items. I feel it's very helpful if you are planning an elementary school mini relay.
