Have any of you created RFL online challenges and/or incentives?  If so, do you have any posters or flyers that you would be willing to share?

Here is what I challenged

Here is what I challenged our teams and participants for our 2007 Relay.  This was our first year having the online registration and fundraising so I did not do much.

Weekly Online Challenges – Questions went out on a weekly basis regarding information that can be found on their personal webpages once they are registered.  Individuals with the correct answers had their names placed in a drawing for an award.  All the awards were from RelayGear. This challenge helped individuals become familiar with their HQ.

Top Online Fundraising Team - The team that raised the most online donations by a certain time on the day of Relay was awarded a banner to be displayed at their campsite during Relay.  We did not have internet access at the event that's why I had the deadline.

Top Online Fundraising Individual - The individual who raised the most online donations by a certain time on the day of Relay will be given an award.  One of my best friends is a director for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and he donated 2 passes to the Directors' Club for any performance with the exception of the Opening Show.  If the winner was under the age of 21 they were not allowed in the Directors' Club so they would have received 4 passes to any performance including the Opening Show with seats near the chutes for the rodeo performances.

Early Online Registration - Teams who were fully registered online by our T-Shirt Ordering Deadline Night were entered into a drawing for an Early Online Registration banner to be displayed at their campsite during Relay.  Any team who had members register after the deadline forfeited their entry into the drawing.

Now that I an online chair for another Relay, here are some the challenges we are going to put out to the teams and participants and depending if these go over well with this Relay will determine if I present these challenges for the other Relay:

Early Online Registration - Teams who are fully registered by Thursday, January 10, 2008 online will be entered into a drawing for an Early Online Registration banner to be displayed at their campsite during Relay.  Any team who has members register after the deadline will forfeit their entry into the drawing.  Our kickoff is set for December 13, 2007.  January 10 is our first team captain meeting.

Early Registration Fee Waiver - Teams who are fully registered by Thursday, January 10, 2008 online will have their registration fee waived.  Any team who has members register after the deadline will be required to pay the registration fee.  Our kickoff is set for December 13, 2007.  January 10 is our first team captain meeting.

Top Online Fundraising Team - The team that raises the most online donations by a certain time on the day of Relay will be awarded a banner to be displayed at their campsite during Relay.

Top Online Fundraising Individual - The individual that raises the most online donations by a certain time on the day of Relay will be given an award.

Top Online Bi-Weekly Fundraising Individual - The individual who raises the most online donations within the two weeks between team captain meetings will be given an award.

Best Individual Webpage - The individual who personalizes their webpage  the best will be awarded a prize.

Weekly Online Challenges - Questions will go out on a weekly basis regarding information that can be found on their personal webpages once they are registered.  Individuals with the correct answers will have their names placed in a drawing for an award.

Let me know if you have any questions.
