Last year in Platteville, WI Tricor Insurance did an April Fool's fundraiser that was a lot of fun.  They brought in a bunch of different lunches in brown paper bags and everyone paid the same flat amount of money and then they picked a lunch.  The lunches ranged from just a peanut butter sandwich to a gift certificate to one of the nicer restaurants in town. It was a great way to bring the company together and a great way to build some excitement!
