How do I get my picture uploaded to where it will not be too large.  I have tried to do this with down sizing but it is still to large?

If the image itself is too large, you can use something as simple as PC Paint (under Start / Programs / Accessories in Windows) to re-size it (Image / Stretch/skew).

If the file size is too large because the image is high resolution, you may need to use a product like MGI PhotoSuite; simply load the image, use Image / Resize and save it at no more than 72 DPI.

A great freeware tool for image manipulation is IrfanView (www.irfanview.net to download).
