All I can say to you is WOW and great job!
We grew to 25 teams in our little town and raised $126,000 and our big issue was obviously spacing.
Some of our teams have elaborate 2 story set-up and the area we have is the enclosed track at our regional high school. Our biggest concern was growing our committees. Many hands make light work. This year we have recruited people for "2 hours at a time" instead of 2 days! We found that folks are willing to help that way.
One other concern for your large group would be medical care. With that large a number adequate supply of "band-aids" hopefully will be your biggest need...
And so the season begins.
