There seems to be no way for anyone to enter offline donations other than the Online Chair and the Accounting/Registration. Last year donors and participants could enter offline donations and send them in. When they were received the money was credited to the event and participant. Why is this feature not available this year? I have reviewed the users manual and can't find any reference to this topic.

Offline donations
The ability for participants to enter offline donations was disabled as a result of recommendations from all of the SA Regions. The offline process essentially duplicated the data entry / data verification process.
Donations can be entered through the Event Management Center; a batch data load capability has been delivered (as of 12/10) and instructions will be posted as a ROCN Implementation Guide.
