The 2008  RFL event theme for my Lancaster/Fairfield,0hio Relay is MARDI GRAS!!!!!!! I am way excited because that is the theme i summited!!!!!!!  does anyone have any great ideas on how to decorate my teams campsite in this theme. my team won 2nd place in the campsite decoration contest this year and we are gunning for 1st next year!! lol!

Campsite Ideas

Great theme!  You could play up the idea of "Celebrate" and make your campsite look like a parade float.  Be sure to include lots of green, gold, and purple.  You could also do something jazz oriented.

Beads!!!

You need to sell beads as a fundraiser (purple beads!!). Don't forget that your team members should wear masks, and costumes. Mardi Gras colors are purple, green, and gold. I do like the idea of making your campsite look like a parade float.
