I know this isn't the right place to send this email, but I have told others about this issue with not result so I am posting it here.
When I go to "Locate My Relay" and type in my ZIP code it just stays there and gives me nothing. I have asked others to try, too, to make sure it wasn't just me. Is that not working? It has been over 6 months that I haven't been able to use it.
Usually means that behind the scene something is wrong. If the Relay has a website then there was an error with the website's URL address when it was entered and it should be checked, contact your ACS rep.

Just thought I would try.
Just thought I would try. I typed in my zip, worked fine. Typed in other zips from other city, states and everything worked. Miss-typed a zip and went to the correct page.
Forgive me.... if this sounds stupid. When you say that you type in the zip and it just sits there. Does it move from that page? I noticed the <enter> key doesn't work and that you have to click <submit> with the mouse.
As for ppl saying that it goes to a generic page. Did it work at all for you at least one time recently? I also noticed that after you look up an event and if you close that page and go back to "look up an event"; it will still have the results from your previous lookup, but there is a link located on the right site colored box to "make another search".
As for looking up your "relay event page"... I always forget to type the /relay/ in the url and get the generic page. But that's my own fault for never bookmarking the page.

I have a similar problem...
...except mine goes to a generic page, not to my relay. I have brought this to the attention of my local ACS rep, but to no avail. It seems everyone whose link works has it going to the Kintera address. Ours goes to the following acs site, not our relay page. http://www.cancer.org/docroot/home/index.asp
Any suggestions or direction on who to contact to resolve would be great.

Thank you
We checked this out and the system seems to be working. What is your zip code and we can run tests on that. Also, please tell me the following:
1. How are you connected to the internet?
2. What browser are you using (internet explorer, firefox, safari)?
3. What operating system are you using (Macintosh, PC, Linux)?

Solution?
I had the same problem, also the $ counter on our Relay page would not work. I had to update Java, then both pages worked fine.
Hope this helps.
