The following issues have been identified and escalated to SA Division:
- reported 1/23 - Can't add family registrant email after the fact - Primary registrant adds family member but forgets to enter family's shared email address for secondary registrant. When attempting to add it later via front end / change profile or via Division Admin / edit registration details, email address is rejected as being a duplicate, leaving no option to assign family email address to secondary registrant.
These issues are verified to be fixed:
- reported 1/30 - Secondary registrants not getting online reg fee credit - A previously fixed problem with family registrants not being credited with the online $10 fee has returned. Corrected; ALL family registrants now show the $10 credit.
- reported 1/12 - Donation records duplicated for some Relayers on report - This applied only to Relay participants who are also Making Strides and other ACS event registrants. On the EMC donation detail report, online donations to these participants are duplicated, inflating the report total. Issue resolved.
- reported 11/2 - Luminaria donations not being credited - Luminaria donations to the Event or to an individual are now reflected in reports or on the EMC Customer Service pages.
- EMC Webpage editor font editor not functional - The WYSIWYG font editor now offers a text color palette.
- EMC / Event Center / public site name has character limit - The data field now accommodates 125 characters
- Cancel out of luminaria donation does flow back to home page.
- All Teams link on the home page displays all registered teams. The link now displays all team records even if no money is credited. Note: View All Participants continues to be a pop-up window and not a link and only shows registrants with credited money; no forecast fix for this issue.
- Family registrants don't show on Team List - In EMC / Customer Service / Manage Teams and on EMC / Reports / All Participants, team members who were registered via family member path now display as expected.
- Participant address data missing - Editing registration types no longer disables the capture of participant address fields.
- Can now change soft credit on Event donations to teams or participants
- Team "thermometer" - When a registered participant logs in to the website and goes to check another team's page, the thermometer correctely displays the one on the page being viewed.
- "Join a team" misdirects to non-Event team - Instances of registrants attempting to join one team resulting in being signed up with a team not associated with the Event has been corrected.
- All Participant Report now returns all records
- "Looking for your support" email link is active - Two Autoresponders sent after registration - Confirmation and sample solicitation email. The links to the Participant Center in the first email work fine; the link back to the participant's personal page in the second is also now active.

Hi Rick,
Both Relay For Life of Frederick and Relay For Life of Urbana is showing more participants both on the home page in the "counter" and under Customer Service (Manage Participants) than show up on the "View All Participants" link. All of the participants are marked Active and Public. Is there a way for me to fix this?

Participants with no credited money, whether registration fee or donations, do not appear on the display from the home page "View [Almost] All Participants". This is known product limitation and it cannot be fixed by the Event Manager; there is no forecast fix date for this issue.

When you mention an upcoming fix or problem here, does it relate only to South Atlantic, or are known issues fixed nationwide on Convio?

Great, the teams are now showing when one clicks on the View all Teams link. Except, the teams that are part of a company. For example, one of our teams registered with their parent company as Lockheed Martin. They don't show on the list.

I don't know if this is a coincidence. I have been out of town. I have not logged in as Event Manage for a week. I just returned and had many emails concerning teams not showing. I told them it's a known issue. I logged in as Event Manager, logged out and the teams are showing now. This happened last week as well. Teams weren't showing for several days, I logged in and out. Teams appeared. Might be a fluke...might help in resolving issue.
I've been to the Reports area and haven't seen any way we can create our own reports. I tried running the Event Check-in and got no records - I have five participants.
This also ties into my next question - if I were to add a question on a registration page, how would I go about retrieving that information? You can see my added questions on my "join as an individual" form.
Speaking of that form; it does not ask for street address....
Try the Team Raiser Participant Report. I verified it has the five initial test registration records.
There is no report customization per se in Convio. We'll be populating the report templates with commonly used formats in the coming month. To fully customize, we'll be recommending export to Excel.
The loss of address fields on your "Join as an Individual" reg form is a concern; I'm investigating further.
