Does anyone know of any software programs that can "plot" campsites & vendor sites on to our map? I would like to be able to mark little squares representing each team's campsite and the vendor sites on our "satellite" map, and have the ability to laminate it for the day of the event. I would also like to be able to add the names and locations of things such as the restrooms, etc.

Looking for a new sample track diagram with CRFB tents

I hope you are able to find some good software, I don't know one to recommend but I have been looking everywhere for a sample Track diagram that incorporates the new CRFB ideas. Would you be willing to post your finished product? Laughing

get with the atheletic dept. and find who the surveyor is that lays out the striping on the tract. most are done in autocad drawing format. teams with 40 or less should be able to fit 20x20 square campsite with about 5' between them...

Camsite Plotting Software

That isa great idea.  Anything we can use in technology to make an event easier to manage or more successful is great.  You might want to ask an engineering firm to help you out, since they do site surveys everyday.  I wish you the best success with your event.
