I have made t-shirts for the last 3 years using www.t-shirts.com. Look for the personalize section - you can choose your shirt type (long sleeve, shortsleeve, sweatshirt) then you can import graphics, and choose your own fonts for the front and the back - it is simple and they look great - a great bonus is you get a discount for the more shirts you order!

Yes, each year as we are fundraising, our team asks each donor if they have anyone they would like us to walk in honor or memory of.  We add those names to the back of our shirts....and each year we have to use a smaller and smaller font.  Each one of us has someone very special who we are inspired to walk for, so we put that person's name over our heart under "Inspired by". So each year I wear my cousin over my heart and my husband wears my cousin's husband there.

To make the shirt, we just layout all the names in columns in Word or something similar and use iron ons. Then on the front of the shirt, we use our team logo...along with the Inspired by.  Honestly, the shirts don't last very long past relay day, but it's great to have them for the day and to take a team picture with all the names on our fronts and backs and then make them into a Thank You card to send to our donors.
