This post is to annouce the newest version of my Luminaria List Excel file I created to help track luminarias.  As before, it will track them by individual, by team and the total.  It has many new features, including a more user-friendly interface, an integrated help system, and the ability to track “in honor of” or “in memory of”.  It can also create a display list (to help in displaying names at the Luminaria Ceremony), it can create a label list to help in printing Luminaria bag labels, and can create reader lists that are customizable by the user.  There no longer are limitations on the number of luminarias or teams that can be entered.  Best of all, it's free.  If you're interested, e-mail me (I will not respond to posts or web messages) and I'll send it to you.

New version adds capability to create PowerPoint presentation

3/16/09

I have just released a new version of the "Luminaria List", an Excel file I created to help track luminarias.  I have add the capability to automatically create a PowerPoint presentation with the luminaria names.

As in previous versions, it will track luminaria by individual, by team and the total.  It has the ability to track “in honor of” or “in memory of” categories.  It can create a display list (to help in displaying names at the Luminaria Ceremony), it can create a label list to help in printing Luminaria bag labels, and can create reader lists that are customizable by the user.  It has a user-friendly interface and an integrated help system.  Best of all, it's free.  If you're interested, e-mail me (I will not respond to posts or web messages) and I'll send it to you.

Hi Steve,

I would love to get a copy of this sent to me. This is my first year being the chair for our luminaria committee for Cabarrus County Relay for Life in North Carolina and I would love any kind of advice and help that you could give me that would make my life before relay easier.   frogkisses_2002@yahoo.com

Luminaria List Program

For those of you who are looking for a creative way to share your luminaria names and track them, it doesn't get much better than this... Steve has built a really great program, and give it a try if you are trying to do something like this.
