While our 2009 Relay For Life/Hancock County, IL 62321 was a success, I want for 2010 to be an even bigger success. A much bigger success!!! Last year we got a late start and I am proud to say with only 2 months to do fund raising prior to out 2009 Relay For Life our team was still able to raise over $800 for our team and as a community we raised approx $83,000 which is impressive since we are a small community!

Now getting into the 2010 Relay For Life, We as a team are starting earlier with hopes to gain new members, sponsors and increase our fund raising dollar totals. Myself and the entire Fishing for a Cure team is looking forward to you joining in with to helf battle this disease that destroys so many people.

Cancer does NOT just affect the person who has cancer, it affects us ALL! Friends, family, loved ones, co-workers anybody that knows a person who has cancer is affected in one way or another!
