So far, we have started to establish our team and everything (which is good) but we have a dilemma. In order for us to register a team, it's going to cost us an extra $100 if we do it by the 14th and $125 after that date! We need all the help we can get! We really need ideas to get the money and quick. NOTHING ILLEGAL AND NOTHING THAT WILL COST US MONEY! HELP!

Dear FWHS Freshman,

We already have several students commited to the team. We still have a long way to go as far as building a team. For anyone who has signed up for the team already, we are going to have a team meeting at Rodney's house on 3/22/08 @ 12pm. If you are able to attend, PLEASE let us know. Also if you are attending please bring your registration if you have it filled out, any money that you have collected for donations, and ideas for on-site fundraising. We will hand out the team newsletter, talk about luminaria sales, and anything else that needs to be talked about.

So now to let everybody into the loop. I was waiting until I got it approved. Now that is is approved, I am publicly saying that there will be a benefit fashion show to support Relay For Life. It will be a 3 hour show. It will be showcasing all the student formated outfits. There will be plenty of opportunities to donate at the donation tubs around the venue. Also, there will be raffles, silent auctions and even a bake sale. So don't miss out! More details coming soon

So there are 81 days until the relay and we are excited. We just got our team captain packets and now we are in the process of recruiting people from our school and other schools. We are captains of the freshman team. We've taken a look at some named to get an idea. We also just got permission from the principal to fund raise at the school. We need ideas of how to fund raise when we are actually out on the campsite and everything. We also need tents and other supplies but right now we are actually focusing on the team and raising money than all the supplies we need. We want the world to know that we are really dedicated team captains and we will do whatever it takes to make this possible.
