im new to relay and trying to form a team...is it necessary to go to all the meetings?

Hi, i'm new to relay and i would LOVE to start a new team with my friends, but i'm only 16 and i'm not sure what i should do. I lost my uncle to bran cancer 3 years ago and his wife has a team but its a far drive for me. I've been encouraged by my aunt and cousin and some of my teachers. I just don't quite know how to get started. Any information is helpful!

My daughter Molly is a survivor and we look forward to celebrating her life at the Relay each year.

We will be going back to the Stephens County Relay on June 6th to celebrate with our friends in Breckenridge.

Yes! We are now an official team! Sweet, one less thing on my shoulders. Ugh...now I have to worry about the fee. Oh well. (Anyone know how much the starter's fee is????) Right now i think we only have about 6 or 7 people on our team, so any suggestions on who else would be greatly appreciated. I also need people who are good with figuring out how to set up appointments and holding meetings and stuff like that. I think I have to meet with Mr. Albright....who knows.

My team consists of myself and my 11 year old great niece.  I have had great support from donations and she has too.  I am doing a craft sale with a group of others in April, but have very little crafts to sell and working on them when I can.  Doing a gas card raffle also.

I heard Pizza hut will let you get a % of sales if you hand out flyers and the people use them on the correct night has anyone tried this?
