Need Easier Way For Propective Donors To Find Our Relay

I'm hoping for some creative assistance here.

We are promoting our local Relay for Life walk using printed flyers and newsletters to solicitate donations in the Relay for Life San Fernando Valley Birmingham HS.  The team is Valley Professional Network, which rasied over $20k at last years event.

The structure of links, pages and searches on the ACS/Relay for Life website make it extremely frustrating and difficult to provide someone with a simple link to our event page.

The logins don't work. The search does not work on the main keywords. I can't print the following:

http://relay.acsevents.org/site/TR/RelayForLife/RelayForLifeCaliforniaDivision?fr_id=5080&pg=entry

on a flyer, and expect people to type this into their browser and get it right.

Is there no simple way to allow people to simply go to the correct webpage to allow donations?

Relay Tee Shirts

This is our first year relaying and it is great.  We are having tee shirts made with our team name and slogan.  It will say FRIENDS OF FAITH ARE LOOKING FOR A CURE IN HILLBILLY HEAVEN.  There will be a picture of a little outhouse with feet walking to it.  It will be one of a kind.  Thats for sure.  If anyone would be interested in buying one, please contact me and I will be to send you the information. http://main.acsevents.org/goto/FriendsofFaith

HELP! Problems hosting Relay on Track.

Hey everyone, my name is Jacob and I am part of a College Relay at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, CA. We have had problems convincing the athletic department to let us use the all-weather outdoor track to host our Relay. They say that so much concentrated foot traffic will cause damage to the track. I was wondering if anyone else ran into similar problems and how you resolved them? Otherwise, we are confined to a very small grass lawn area which may not be sufficient for our growing Relay. Last year they had about 50 teams and it was very crowded, and this year we have about 75 teams. Please help! jgalvare@calpoly.edu or post a reply.
