Seeking Sacramento Relay DJ - any ideas?

We've been so lucky the last two years to use the services of Jordon from jcrewproduction as our Relay DJ (contact him if you need a Sacramento area DJ!)   But we changed our dates this year and he's already double booked, so we're looking for a substitute.  Anyone out there know a good dj who's willing to work (cheap!) for the RFL cause?

Thanks!

Exciting Name????

Hello,

My relay team, Christ's All~Stars, are going to make and sell these kabobs made of strawberries and donut holes drizzled with chocolate or powdered sugar on a wooden kabob stick . We tried them at a meeting and everyone said they tasted great. Must have been, because when I went to get one, they were all gone. Ha Ha  I am now looking for a exciting name to call them, so we can attract everyones' attention and  want to try at least one.

How to make a off-line donation to your team

I have a couple checks that are for our team. I am not sure how to put them on the website. The only way that I've figured out how to do it is, post it on a team member through the offline donations.

Can someone please help me out??

Thanks,

Becky

honoring important community member

Important community passed from cancer and I would like to reconige him at the relay, I would appreciate any ideas of how to do this.  He was a dedicated community member that did much for the entire town, fire companies, service clubs, etc.

Thanks in advance

Define a Real Hero

... real heroes don't need any firepower, but the stance to help the beaten ones, support the weak and fight for a better future and finally the will to bring joy and happiness to the world we're living in ...

Love Kawaguichi and her partner wrote those words in the description about the fund-raising event their team is hosting tomorrow for our Relay.  And those words do define a hero, a real hero, and as I watch those volunteering, do whatever it takes to make their event soar, I see REAL HEROES and those words describe them.

They have taken the stance to help those who are in pain from the blows of cancer.  They support those living with cancer and they are fighting for the cure.  But most importantly, each and every one of them have the will to bring joy and happiness to this world we're living in  -  Yep, a hero, a real hero volunteers and many of them "do" Relay For Life.
