If you would like to support the Relay For Life movement and help save lives from cancer, it’s as simple as signing up to participate or volunteer at your local Relay event. Here are some of the ways you can contribute:
Team registration is easy! Just enter your zip code to find your local Relay event. Start your own team and begin using your personal page to recruit and organize a team of friends, family members and coworkers. There is no minimum number required to form a team. Start a Team »
If you would like to join an existing online team, select the Join a Team option and search for your team's name. As a team member, you’ll help raise money for your local Relay For Life event, as well as commit to walking around the track to represent your team. Join a Team »
Most Relay events open with the Survivors Lap. If you are a cancer survivor, you are invited to join fellow survivors in this initial lap, where you will be cheered on by all participants and volunteers. Survivors celebrate what they've overcome, while inspiring and motivating their community to take action in the fight against cancer. Sign Up for a Survivors Lap »
Get more involved with your Relay For Life event by joining the event planning committee. Committee members ensure everything is organized and executed, from recruiting and motivating teams and sponsors to planning ceremonies. If you’re interested, talk with your event’s chair/co-chair or staff partner.
If you don’t have time to be a full-time committee member, there are still many ways you can help out. You can stuff envelopes, help set up on the day of your Relay event, or find companies to donate items and services.
